The Midori International Lounge has a meeting room that is open free of charge to groups in Midori-ku that are engaged in activities such as supporting foreign residents, international exchange, and international cooperation, in order to support their activities.
※Group registration is required to use the meeting room.

(During the outbreak of COVID-19, we are temporarily requesting a limit of 1８ people to use the meeting room.)
・Time Slots:① 9:30am-12:00pm
② 12:30pm-3:00pm
③ 3:30pm-6:00pm
④ 6:30pm-9:00pm (Wednesday only)
※1 slot per day basically. Can be booked consecutively when used for a course etc.
・How to Book
(1) Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis by phone or at the counter from 9:30 am on the first day of the second month before the month of use. If the day falls on a holiday, reservations will be accepted on the following day.
(2) For reservations, applicants are required to submit an application form. If you make a reservation by phone, please submit the application form by the day of use.
(3) One time slot can be reserved for one session.
